The Mehdia Tourist Centre, covering an area of 15 hectares, is made up of a public facility area of 12,750 m2 (total constructed area), a campsite with 305 places, a 20,000 m2  waterpark, two residential areas with 228 and 168 houses respectively, two aparthotels with 144 and 38 apartments respectively and an area of sports fields covering 1,000 m2.

SURIS MOROCCO, via GIE OMETEC-SURIS, has carried the project and installed the electrical systems.

The general urbanisation of the entire tourist complex, including the medium voltage power supply, transformation centres, low voltage supply to all of the buildings, general telephone infrastructure and streetlighting.

Waterpark Area

Medium voltage installation. 22kV power supply and transformer stations of 630 KVA
Low voltage installation. Electrical panels, condenser batteries, installation of power and general lighting, including the machine room for the swimming pools.

Campsite Area

Medium voltage installation. 22kV power supply and transformer stations of 400 KVA
