On behalf of “Inmobiliaria Colonial” (Colonial Property Developers), SURIS installed the integrated facilities in the unique office building that houses the Corporate Headquarters of ABERTIS, situated in one of the prestigious residential neighbours of Barcelona.

The building has 5 floors with a total surface area of 5.143 m2 and two basement floors. The surface area of each floor exceeds 1,000 m2.

The design and installation of the facilities satisfy the most demanding efficiency and energy saving criteria, and have been validated to receive an environmental certification recognising its “green building” status.
