SURIS S.L. installed the HVAC and domestic hot water production (DHW) systems for this hotel situated in Calle Aribau in Barcelona.

The HVAC system for the guest rooms and the lounges is based on the VRV technology (Variable Refrigerant Volume) with heat recovery, with each area controlled by its own independent equipment.

This system has a significant positive impact on energy saving and is also very versatile, allowing each area’s temperature to be controlled separately. For the DHW production, high-performance hot water generators have been installed in order to maintain an adequate supply of water at the desired temperature without the need to accumulate large quantities.
