SURIS developed the design and installed all of the facilities in this luxury detached home. The house has a total constructed surface area of around 900 m2 and is built on a plot of approximately 2,600 m2.

The scope of the works included the installation of the following facilities and systems: rainwater and wastewater evacuation, HVAC, electrics, lighting and lighting control system, fire protection, audio-visuals, telecommunications, domestic hot water production, centralisation and home automation system.
