The “FERGUS HOTELS” hotel chain acquired the old “Los Pinos” Hotel in Santa Susanna and embarked on a project to completely refurbish the entire building on the seafront. Thereby creating a superior 4 star hotel with a modern and minimalist design. The hotel has 128 guest rooms and its target market is adults and couples.

Suris carried out the integrated facilities works in the new hotel, substituting the predecessor’s existing, obsolete systems.

The most notable works being the HVAC systems, the air treatment system in the Spa, the low voltage electrical systems, the gas installations, plumbing, the DHW production, the fire detection and extinction, the communication and security systems (voice and data, PA, CCTV, etc.) and the KNX building automation management protocol systems.
