The refurbishment of the Imperial Tarraco Hotel’s facilities included the five floors dedicated to 33 guest rooms, offices and technical areas.

The top floor is home to 5 guest suites and a technical area, and the roof houses technical areas such as the telecommunications room, elevator machine rooms, antennas, etc. as well as the machine room for the HVAC system.

SURIS S.L. installed the following systems and facilities: HVAC, electrical, medium voltage, generators, low voltage, power factor compensator, interior distribution, normal, emergency and special lighting, earthing system, protection against atmospheric discharge, communication and security systems, fire detection and extinction, sanitation and plumbing systems.
