Located in the heart of Barcelona’s 22@ district, Llull 122 is a sustainable office building that combines innovative architectural design, energy efficiency, and environmental comfort. With over 4,500 m² distributed across six floors, its staggered structure and landscaped terraces foster a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering flexible, bright, and healthy work environments.

Installations

Suris carried out the complete execution of the HVAC, energy, and environmental comfort systems for the Llull 122 building. The project focused on achieving maximum energy efficiency and sustainability by integrating cutting-edge systems and advanced passive strategies.

The implemented solutions include high-efficiency HVAC systems, automated natural ventilation, intelligent energy management with real-time monitoring, and the use of the concrete’s thermal inertia. In addition, solar shading and lighting control systems were incorporated to optimize comfort and reduce energy consumption.

Thanks to these measures, the building achieved LEED Gold certification, establishing itself as a benchmark in sustainability and efficiency. Suris thus demonstrates its commitment to innovation and technical excellence, providing solutions that combine technology, comfort, and respect for the environment.
