On behalf of the company NOVARTIS, SURIS carried out the remodelling works in their Barcelona buildings, situated in Calle Marina 206 and Gran Via 764. Works included relocating personnel between the two Barcelona buildings and also to the ALCON CUSI manufacturing site in El Masnou.
The works were divided into three main groups:
- General building works:
Disassembling and assembling screens and partitions, carpets – vinyl flooring, and false ceilings. The works included all of the accompanying painting and construction work. - Installation works
Remodelling the electrical systems, HVAC, voice and data, PCI, and security. - Relocation of personnel
Works encompassed the complete relocation process involved in moving personnel from one building to another, following the planning schedule laid out by NOVARTIS. Said works included the disassembly, transport and reassembly of the furniture, transferring the documentation, moving and setting up of all of the computer equipment, etc.
