SURIS has carried out the project to convert an old disused warehouse located at Barcelona Airport, into the new operations and logistics center for the Vueling company, with more than 3,500m2.

The remodeling consists of two different spaces: the offices and the logistics and operations area.

The complete renovation and transformation of this building was carried out following the most demanding environmental standards, providing the facilities with the highest energy certification, using reusable, renewable and sustainable materials.

With great insulation of the façade, both energy and acoustic, the high thermal and acoustic performance carpentry with double low-e glazing together with exhaustive temperature and humidity control guarantee optimal conditions for the development of the activity inside.

In the offices, open spaces have been designed, with a comfortable design and practically zero energy consumption has been guaranteed.

In this work, the demolitions, facades, structure, pallets, screens, removable ceilings, technical floor, flooring, carpets, painting, furniture were carried out. As well as plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, firefighting, low voltage, weak signals, security, control.
