We have already finished the new project that we have carried out for the airline company Vueling in Viladecans, Barcelona; specifically in the Viladecans Business Park.

From Suris, we have developed the integral project of civil works and implementation of all the facilities, of more than 12.000 m2.

The building where the new headquarters is located has four winds: this guarantees the maximum use of sunlight, and thanks to this it has the BREEAM® certificate, which is the most widely used sustainability assessment method in the building sector and which assesses the constructions that work on reducing the impact on the environment, as well as on the comfort and health of workers.

BREEAM® assesses the impact of building management, health and wellbeing, energy and water efficiency, materials used, waste management, ecological land use or pollution, among others.

The architectural composition of the headquarters has open-plan floors allowing for greater flexibility in a teleworking environment.

In this building there is a commitment to unite in a single space the training of crews and Vueling Tech digitalisation and innovation centres.

Natural plants have also been strategically incorporated into the building, providing recognised benefits for employees in terms of air purity in a sustainable furnishing environment.

We are very proud of the final result, which has presented us with significant challenges on a daily basis due to the magnitude of the project and the complexity of its execution.
